Project Webfoot 2017

Ducks Unlimited Canada has prepared exciting and interesting field trips for fourth grade students across New Brunswick to learn about the importance of wetlands and their conservation. For over a decade, Falls Brook Centre has been hosting Project Webfoot at our demonstration site in Glassville, NB. Students had the opportunity to participate in critter dipping, Circle and running games, climbing trees, eating lunch in the barn and being exposed to renewable energy like solar and wind turbines, even using a composting toilet.

For Ducks Unlimited Project Webfoot 2017 we hosted 22 schools at the Glassville site. Ranging from Woodstock to Edmunston. Teachers went home with lesson plans and each students got a marsh world booklet with more information. Max, Brianna and Charlotte had a great time hosting the students and can’t wait to participate in the program again. Your class can have the opportunity to be sponsored for a Project Webfoot wetland field trip to FBC in Glassville, New Brunswick. FBC has years of experience delivering fun and interactive outdoor education programs! We look forward to learning and discovering with you and your students. Project Webfoot will possibly be offered in the fall of 2017.
